Ingredients

A boiled cabbage
Grape leaves
kg of rice
Onions and tomatoes (to taste)
Dill and parsley (as desired)
Green Coriander (as desired)
black pepper
Ghee and oil
2 broth cube
Lemon slices
Boiled water to taste
1 tablespoon of mixed spices and ginger
1 teaspoon cumin



How to prepare

We saute the onion in the elite on the fire until it gets golden, then add the tomatoes and leave them a little on the fire, then add the dill, parsley, green coriander, broth cubes, salt and black pepper and stir the mixture well, then add the rice and a cup of water and stir until the mixture holds together

Put the ghee in the bowl and stuff the grape leaves and the boiled cabbage pieces and sprinkle it on top of each other in the pot. After the filling is finished, add the water to the grape leaves and some lemon slices and put dry mint on the cabbage leaf and cover the mixture and when it boils, cool down the fire and leave it until the settlement is complete
